Notes: From Ingo (DE): As you probably know, I am German and one of the most important German films has been restored in the 90's and then in 2008 a few missing pieces where found in Brazil and an even longer Version (which is still not complete) was prepared for HD. This was first shown in the European Channel "Arte" (French and German Culture-Channel) as a peformance in a theater (or maybe concert hall) with a score played live. Followed by a nice, in-depth documentary about the film - which is of course on the blu-ray.

The Blu-ray I bought is the UK limited steelbook, with a nice booklet and the film also on DVD. Sadly, the Blu-ray is region-locked to Zone B (Europe), but the Splash-Screen with the information about that is really nice and also tells you to get a Multi-Region-Player, nice touch!
